Helping teachers, students,

and businesses find their voice.

I’m Mishiah, though most people call me Mish or Meesh. My mom gifted me this name, and I’ve been living into its power ever since.

I was born to teach.
Teaching has been the most consistent thread of service throughout my life. I have tutored classmates, trained bartenders, and worked in corporate America leading process improvement.

No matter where I am, teaching finds me and calls me in. Today that thread continues as I guide yoga students, train yoga teachers, and consult with businesses. What ties it all together is the same intention: helping people discover their authentic voice through intention, movement, connection, presence, and self study.

My dharma is simple but layered.
I create spaces where people feel safe, authentic, and connected.
I believe touch is sacred.
I believe the world heals a little bit every time a voice is heard in its fullness.
I believe yoga is less about perfect shapes and more about cultivating presence, compassion, and curiosity.

I am fascinated by integrative systems that reveal patterns and deepen meaning.
Western astrology, energetic anatomy, and the Enneagram are my favorites.
These systems create maps for self exploration that I return to again and again, tools that keep me anchored in self-study and help me guide others into their own insight.

My classes, retreats and workshops, especially Chakra Rehab and Sunday Sankalpa, are born from this love of systems, weaving ritual, movement, journaling, and intuitive practice into something both mystical and practical.

I live in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina with my partner, Jeff and our three animals, who are my greatest teachers in presence and joy.

In the photo you will see Īsa, my seven-year-old pup who came home with me from a 200-hour yoga training in Bali in 2018. She is blind now but still comes to class, reminding everyone of patience and resilience. We also just recently adopted Leo, a rescue pup who is the most loyal and loving boy, and Ellie, our one-year-old kitten who rules the house.

I value safety, authenticity, and accessibility. Whether I am teaching a yoga class, guiding a retreat, consulting with a business, or simply walking my dogs, I try to embody those values in everything I do.

Yoga is not about becoming someone else. It is about becoming more fully yourself. That is the journey I am on, and the one I invite you into as well.

about me

for students who love an integrative system as much as I do:

Western Astrology

I present as the archetype of “the gardener.” I cannot keep a plant alive, yet I always seem to know exactly what my students need in order to grow. I have a deep thirst for knowledge and philosophy. My mind is open and inviting, my personality glowing and accepting. I feel deeply and move through my emotional world with empathy that is profound, yet my sense of self remains steady and grounded.

Knowing this allows me to honor both my sensitivity and my steadiness. I work to integrate emotion with wisdom, curiosity with discipline, and service with expression. Astrology reminds me that I was born to teach, to share what I learn, and to offer new ways of seeing that add to our collective understanding.

— Sincerely, a Taurus Sun, Sagittarius Rising, Cancer Moon, with my North Node in Gemini and Midheaven in Virgo.

Energetic Anatomy

I embody the work of reclaiming worthiness and personal power. My practice lives in the lower chakras right now, in the root, sacral, and solar plexus. Physically, that means hip-opening asana to release stored emotions, conscious rehabilitation of my anterior pelvic tilt to create steadiness at the base, and an awareness of rib and tongue posture to soften old holding patterns and let prana move with more ease.

In Yoga Nidra, I anchor into my sankalpa: I am safe, I am worthy, I am powerful.
These words are not a wish but a seed, and each time I repeat them I tend that seed with presence and breath. The practice is not about becoming someone else, but about remembering who I already am, and bringing that memory into every layer of my being.

— Sincerely, a seeker rooted in Chakra Rehab, breathing worthiness, power, and truth into form.

Enneagram Type

I am someone who carries both strength and service at my core. I have the fire to protect, to lead, and to ask the hard questions, yet I also have the heart to nurture, to listen, and to offer unwavering support. My presence is direct, my energy is big, and my care runs deep.

Knowing this about myself allows me to integrate both sides of my personality. I work to temper intensity with compassion, to bring care without losing myself in it, and to let my strength show up as protection rather than control. This balance is what guides my teaching: challenging when it is time to grow, and holding steady when it is time to heal.

— Sincerely, an Enneagram tied at Eight and Two
