  • Please note that  these remaining rooms are not on hold (as we have filled our original block of rooms) and the availability will continue to decrease as we get closer to our retreat. 
  • These sooner you can make your deposit(s) & submit your preference, the sooner we can hold the room with Xinalani, and the more likely you are to get your preferred lodging.

Important information about flights

Travel Windows for Boat Transfers:

Arrival Flights:  Before 4:00 PM on July 1st
Departure Flights: After 12:00 PM on July 7th

Travel Recommendations:

Arrival: If you cannot find, or would prefer to select a flight that arrives before 4:00 PM on July 1st, we suggest arriving in Puerto Vallarta a day earlier. This will accommodate the next morning’s transport to the resort, ensuring you can start the retreat without any stress.

Departure: If you would like to select a return flight scheduled before 12:00 PM on July 7th, consider booking an extra night in Puerto Vallarta, departing on July 8th to avoid any rush in reaching the airport early in the morning.

  2. After your deposit, your final payment,  which will vary depending on your room choice, will be due on June 1, 2024. If you wish to make the full payment at any time before these due dates, please notify us via email.
  3. Kindly note that all payments are NOT REFUNDABLE. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to the retreat. In the case of emergency, we will evaluate any extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis. We look forward to sharing this transformative experience with you!
